I was a customer of Union Telecom and when I closed my account with them, I was not refunded my deposit of $39.95 back. When I asked for the deposit back REPEATEDLY --- after two months, I was promised a credit of $50 towards the future phone calls at 3.9c per minute. Well - I had no option but to accept it. The phone calls worked well for some time. Then on week-ends they stopped working. I could not call from my VOiP phone (it kept on saying Pin is invalid) and had to use my cell phone to call.
