I too am a victim of the Bestbuy warranty rip off. They simply aren't worth the paper they are written on. I bought an LCD TV from them. I know a bit about LCD TVs and the pixels are 'stuck' on the screen. They tried to tell me that the image is 'burned in'. The repair man was as rude as you can be and started to argue with me when I asked him to explain how an erratic patter than does not appear on any TV image could burn the screen.
