Like a multitude of people, I have had bad experiences with the Xbox 360. I have had four, waiting on my fifth one. They each last about six months. When my second one crashed, Microsoft support claimed that the problems were insignificant to the majority that worked just fine! Really--look around the internet--problems everywhere. I paid for a brand new one in 2007 and I get sent back repaired older models--that eventually have the same problems. I try to contact support to get answers--No resposnse.
