i bought a brand new AC from a reseller name Cool1 and actually this product is the most expensive AC in the market, and i found it make a noisy sounds that not suppose to be as they said in the advertisement and not suppose to be in such brand, actually the reseller replaced it for me but unfortunately same noise sounds there beside a new feature which is the AC doesn't stop when it reach the needed temperature but it keep cooling more than i need, i called them and they came but do nothing and i called again but no one answer my request and keep ignoring.i hope we found a way to protect us from the greed of this companies. read full review »
