We hired Jerome Sammy for a basement renovation - we were promised the project to be completed within 6 weeks (due to the ease of the renovation) at the time of signing the contract (Jan 2009) and by June 2009 the project still has not been completed. He was always late, never showed up, always told us he was in money trouble, etc. We hired him by watching HGTVs Income Property and would never do it again.
