We were approached and offered a web site to be designed for a fee and a verbal agreement was reached that a once off fee is payable and all updates etc after wont be charged. We probably had two updates and then they said they quoted us for X and not for what we want and would need to be charged for. We argued this and then they said they would do simple updates just to keep us happy. None of the updates were done.
