Sunday morning my wife and I decided to go for breakfast at the A &W Restaurant in Salmon Arm, BC. We ordered our food and coffee and my wife took our tray over to the station to put cream in her coffee. There was a silver insulated jug there, with a screw top with cream in it. My wife tried to pour the cream but none came out. She then partly twisted the lid and tried to pour it and the whole lid came off spilling cream everywhere.
