Friday, June 19, 2009 9:15 AM ordered a "Big Breakfast" and"Senior coffee". Waited in line a full 15 minutes for order. "Snotty Manager" hovering around counter employees making things worse. He personally gave my order to the person behind me in line who ordered same thing with a "side of gravy". If he had payed attention to the sequence of orders on the counter, he should not have done so.
