There is a new telecom company called Union Telecom which started telemarketting its international calling services in July 2007. At the time of opening new accounts they took about $40 as a refundable security deposit with no lock-in period. Somewhere down the line, they quietly kept changing rules adding fine-print after fine-print to the monthly billing statements.
