I have never recieved such bad service. I booked a flight for my 7year old daughter to go visit her gran, was told that I must pay for the booking by the 25th of July, now my booking has been cancelled and I can't get through to customer care!!! PATHETIC, I have spend more time on the phone booking a flight that it would've taken me to DRIVE her down there myself( From Cape Town to JHB !!!) They are the only airlines in SA that offer services (if you can call it that) for unaccomanied minors. read full review »
