Carlin Nordstrom is a member of th Poundmaker Cree Nation in Saskatchewan. He is a former professional hockey player who attended the Ottawa Senators camp in 1999 playing 2 games. He has been empowering youth and communities over the past two years with his inspiring story of overcoming adversity as a minority in a non-indigenous community.
