I purchased my Acer Aspire 6920 in September of 2008. In December of 2008 I was on the computer when everything went black. No lights or sound no power with battery or AC power. I had to have the mainboard replaced. They told me it would take 7-10 days. It was gone for over 3 weeks. They told me they were waiting for a part. I finally got the computer back and I was told it was repaired, that it passed their tests. When I got the computer back it would only power up with AC power.
