On 2 June 2009, I book a routine Full service and MOT through KWIK fit website to be performed at Greenland Road Sheffield, Yorkshire S9 5JF. I am disappointed because the service you provided was completely unsatisfactory, and unfinished because they do not complied with the time scale as agreed by KWIK Fit (I still have not been provided with the MOT certificate and the job done was 4 hours late than the agreed.
