I purchased Norton 360 with three licenses and installed them on two computers - an old desktop and a laptop. I trusted that the secure offsite backup offered by Norton would be available to me if ever needed. Before I had the laptop two years it "died" and I was unable to get anything off the hard drive. I purchased a new laptop, used my third license to install Norton 360 on it, and contacted Norton (Symantec) to request that they transfer my backup from the "dead" laptop to the new laptop so I would not lose my information... read full review »
