I bought what was supposed to be an authentic football (soccer) jersey that 'supposedly' had come directly from the soccer club itself and another t-shirt, from a company that trades online as www.BoliviaMall.com. Nearly a month later and after at least three emails and three phonecalls to this company an envelope arrived that i had to sign for.
