My daughter parked my car in a lot operated by Imperial Parking Canada. The machine that dispenses tickets was not working but she left the car parked and thought she might get a parking ticket but was prepared to pay it. When she returned to the car, there wsas no ticket on it so she assumed that she did not get one because their machine was broken.
