WHY I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT! HERE'S THE HORROR STORY: Jan 03, 2009 I live in a tiny condo with no place to hang-dry my clothes and I purchased a stacked washer/dryer from Samsung and 5 months later the dryer stopped heating up. The clothes would tumble but I couldn't get anything else than air fluff. May 27, still under warranty, I called Samsung and they told me they would call me back withing 24-48 hours to schedule a contracted technician to look at it. They never called back.
