We singed up with Union Telecom to call Pakistan for 5.6 cent/min. When we got the bill they charged us twice for each call + tax. At the time of sign up they mentioned there will be no connection fee and no tax. You pay just for the minutes you talk. We had big argument and they never admitted and kept charging our credit card without our permission. When we called customer service about 9:00 pm CT to talk to their supervisor, we were told that supervisor is in meeting and will call us back... but we never received their call. read full review »
