"Barrett Capital Exchange" claims to be a group of lenders when indeed are nothing more then brokers. They try to show that they are considering funding your project when they are indeed shopping the loan themselves with hopes that they will find the funding. In the process, they charge hefty upfront fee's from all and then come up with excuses as to why they can not fund the loan.
