Their technician was so kind for he responded knowledgeably to all my questions/concerns. I was feeling lucky that he's the one I had for he fixed my dryer that was not heating perfectly. It was a perfect repair with very satisfying quality. I was also given tips to prevent this issue in the future, which I appreciated so much.
