My friends and I went to this resturant/cafe to celebrate one of my friend's birthday, we thought it was going to be a great night. We walked in, and since we already booked a table, there was no trouble for us getting at able. Even though the waitress was not fluent in English, she gave us great service. After we set down our orders, the entire service of the staff went completely downhill.
