I was not feeling well this morning, so as nice treat, my husband brought me home a sausage and egg on a biscuit and an XL decaf coffee (I'm allergic to caffeine). His thoughtfulness was soon overshadowed. I had to add coffee to my coffee and at first look, I thought they had mistakenly put 2 sausage patties on my sandwich. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that, no, it was not a second meat patty, but an egg that was so over-cooked it had the same texture and deep brown colouring.
