Ordered free bottle of product and paid for shipping with my bank card. Got a call the day following the order online from the sales dept stating I had ordered the monthly shipping at $39.95/mo + shipping. I told him i DID NOT order any monthly service, only the free bottle and do NOT charge my card. I was very emphatic about it so there would be no misunderstanding.
