I too, have a complaint and A&E factory service personnel and deceptive practices. I have a 2 month old front load Maytag washer. All the fancy buttons and cycles. The on/off and the pause/start buttons stopped working. I called one Maytag repair service company and when they found out it was warranty work, they said to call somebody else!!. I then called Maytag and got A&E number for warranty repairs. They came out promptly the first time, determined it was the "motherboard" (or something equivalent) and ordered the part.
