Ordered a product from the web site via Paypal. 3rd July 2009. It was IN-STOCK. Payment taken out of my account on the same day. After 2 e-mails and several phone calls the product has still not arrived 14th July 2009. A disgracefull service, I can no longer get through to anyone on the phone.
