In Aug. 2007, I booked a trip on Expedia to Las Vegas for myself and my husband. Our plans were to travel in Oct. 2007. An unexpected event arose during the same time we were suppose to be vacating, so I decided to cancel since I had purchase the vacation protection plan insurance, which stated you could cancel or change one time for any reason.
