Amazing customer service and gems of wisdom! I had an ac that was not staying on, and the AC was likely eight years old. The service technician is a total professional. He arrived when he said he would, worked quickly, and charged me a reasonable price. I also enjoyed watching him work because he would say aloud for my benefit what he was doing, which I appreciated.
