I am a member of GoodLife in Ottawa. Things are no different here. I spent close to 4 thousand dollars on Personal training and pay my membership dues every two weeks. I have done this since I joined in 2003. In July of 2008 I suffered two concussions in the span of a week at work and have been unable to do anything because I have been diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome.
