They didn't get me wrong in trusting them. I calmed down to witness the technician's expertise in repair. He's professional, smart, very kind, and efficient. I was delighted that he easily fixed my ac that was not blowing cold air. So happy that he was able to complete the repair the same day. The problem was addressed properly. It was the best repair.
