Incredibly high-quality service from wonderful people! The staff was really calm and understanding in dealing with me, and the technician was a true expert in appliance repair. In a decent length of time, he was able to fix my cooktop that was not igniting. He also charged me a reasonable rate, which made the entire experience with them even more enjoyable and memorable.
