i applied for a loan with yes loans and paid £67.00 fee which they said would be returnable if i didnt accept any loan offer i rang them 29.6 .09 to say i no longer required a loan and wanted my fee back i also put it in writing ive wrote to them three times e mailed them six times and theyve ignored all correspondance i rang them yesterday and they in formed me that i had to wait 30 days for my fee to be returned i dont agree with this and feel they have ripped me off they didnt inform me of this when i first applied for loan and i think someone should put a stop to the way they treat people kind regards kathryn thompson loan ref no 31300137 read full review »
