on 10th june satcover had taken £49.99p from my account but should've only been £5. they said it would take upto 28 day for it to go back into my account but it has not gone in, i have tryed to ring the company on many occasions but not been able to get through, i tried again this morning and got the message -THIS SERVICE TEMPERALLY SUSPENDED, please help as the £49.99p has left me overdrawn and i notice by my bank account this morning that have still taken out the monthly £5. fee, they seem quick enough to take money out but not interested in putting money back in, please can you help with this matter. thankyou. read full review »
