I received a pair of shoes that I ordered, and they were the wrong size. All I needed to do was have them ship me the correct size and return the pair that was too big. Instead of helping me, I was told that they would not exchange the shoes for me and that I would have to pay the shipping to return the shoes. Even after asking a manager he still told me no. This is horrible customer service and I would hope that you do something about it. read full review »
