It was a great satisfaction. We appreciated the fact that the technician didn’t try to make any unnecessary repairs and gave us some tips on how to correct our problem. He's capable enough of furnaces repair. I was amazed by his performance for he's confident to get it fixed and he never let me feel doubtful while watching him repairing my unit.
