I felt their seriousness and sincerity, especially the technician who helped me fix my ac that was not blowing air. He's the type of technician I really wanted to work with. He has a great attitude, is very friendly and considerate. He spent a few minutes testing to see if everything was working well. I am happy that I could finally use my unit.
