They were prompt in their response, honest and efficient. From beginning to end, I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. The staff was courteous. The technician arrived on time, each time someone was scheduled to come out, I received a confirmation call a few days prior t work, the day before work was to start and 30 minutes before arrival.
