AVOID THEM!!! IGS International Inc. www.u4game.com www.ffxigilvip.com On July 20, I've contact www.u4game.com customer online live chat service to explicitly asked if they have stock of the item (gil = currency used in an online game called Final Fantasy XI) BEFORE I placed my order, TWICE. I got FIRM ANSWERS both time that they have them in stock, and will be delivered within 2-6 hrs. I was also told that they will save the stock for me and not given to others. They lied about their stock. Told customer that they have stock. When u placed your order, they never have stock. Asked me to wait days by days. Their 'will deliver very soon' = days. Can never say when will deliver your order, but always say 'very soon'. Which I waited for 4 days. Even their customer support, always ask customer to 'please hold' Very bad services. Bad company.
