My phone that I have purchased has broken 3 times already. Every time I send the phone back when I recieve the new one in the mail. The last phone they sent me was not needed as I had been able to fix my current phone. I waited to long to send it back so they billed me for not sending the phone back. I contacted Rogers and they said as long as they recieved it within the next 7 days I would not be billed.
