Ultramar doesn't install to TSSA (technical stadards and safety association) standards. Ultramar installed an external oil tank to the side of my house, boring a hole through solid rock foundation without strapping the tank. Result, tank sunk 12 inches but the pipe didn't causing the 3 inch pipe to support the weight of the oil and tank, and thus leaking. Even after tssa said it wasn't to code, they wouldn't do anything and ultramar said the contractor they hired/used was at fault. Hmmmm. Just another example of how people are taken advantage of.
