I have visited your establishment since it opened in St. Catharines with my son and now my grandsons. I enjoy a good cup of coffee. I currently suffer from Parkinsons Disease. I have experienced two incidents recently wherein coffee has oozed out the spout of the newly constructedcoffee cup and scalded me. The insulated cup does a wonderful job of keeping the coffee hot and easy to handle, however, the coffee cup lid contains a pop up bubble on the rim that is suppose to make the coffee accessible.
