I bought a Western Digital My Book external hard drive at Wal-Mart 9/14/08. Software must be downloaded to my computer hard drive to make it work. This software causes a message to be generated every time I boot up my computer, even when the external drive is not connected. The message is a warning to sign up for Memeo automatic back up protection. The message is not blocked by my pop-up blocker. I called W.D. and they were no help. read full review »
