I am one of the lucky ones. I was also a victm of this Viv3 labs con. I had over $300 deducted from my account unauthorised for signing up for the free Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse products - I received no products. I complained to - [email protected] - and was told I had agreed to the terms and conditions. I kept complaining and pushing back on their pathetic 'terms and conditions' excuse stating I had received no products but been charged over $300 for the priviledge. VIV3 labs have now deducted over $300 unathorised from my account. I applied for the free trial of Acai Berry and Cleanser and were to pay only P&P. No product has come but VIV3 has hekped themselves to my account to the tune of $151 and $149 respectively. After the first $151 removed from my account (and no product) I have asked VIV3 to cancel any order or agreement I may have entered into without reading whatever devious small print they are hiding behind. I also signed up for a free trial and had to supply my credit card for postage costs - only to find today AUD$151 has been debited from my account without consent or any products. A, unsure what to do to recover or stop any further deductions without my consent. read full review »
