I bought a Motorola cable modem, and expected the advertised $20 rebate. When the check finally arrived, after two months, I deposited it. I was later notified by my bank that Motorola stopped payment on the check and then was told that they were having a dispute with the company servicing their rebate program. Not only did I not get the rebate, I had to pay the bank charges as well. Motorola has not responded to several inquiries. I believe that they have not acted honorably and I will not buy another Motorola product. read full review »
