Firestone service centers in the Phila, PA area are franchises owned & operated by several owners, some of whom are in business to gouge and overcharge the customer for repairs not needed or are providing inferior off market products and poor service that does damage so you have to bring it in again. Their lifetime allignment service is just an excuse to bring you in so they can tell you that you need false repairs.
