I have been a client of MTN for more than 15 yrs. My phone is due for an upgrade and as I live in Heidelberg the closest Service Centre is The Glen Shopping Centre. I visited the centre almost 8 weeks ago to chose a phone, I am very particular in my phones and requested Kalebo to order me a HTC HD, he spoke to his manager and advised me that as the phone will be ordered on my name that I will not have the option to return or swap it, I had no problem with that.
