On 9/19/08 I noticed that my Norton antivirus program was turned off. Message was that there was a problem with my credit card. This was a subscription already paid for on 2/23/08 with an expiration of 2/23/09. The card used expired in 9/08/08 but Norton was paid long ago! I updated my info, followed the directions, and could not reinstall the program.
