RE- LETTER OF COMPLAINT I herby complain about Lenmed Clinic- Lenasia due to the following reason. On the 25th of July 2009 at around 12:30 pm my mother was taken to the above clinic because of her medical condition (Bipolar). At the time I brought my mother her condition was very serious as she was fighting us at home and was very suicidal.
