We sweat and we move not to become better capitalists or oppressors. Or to fulfill a toxic and debilitating cultural body-image norm. We sweat and we work because we are alive and we can. Because it feels amazing. We rest and nurture ourselves because we know it is crucial to our well being. Because sweat and rest give us the capacity to meet the world and its needs from a greater place of alignment and ease.
