i m dr. manish singhal has a samsung ac. in my ac the knobs r not working well. i went to samsung service centre at lawer's colony agra [u.p.] and met mr vinod sharma on 25/7/09. but he had not given me the proper knobs. when i went back on 28/7/2009 for replacement he does not answer me and told me rad woirds with his colleges. after seeing his attitudes i decided not to buy any samsung products.kindly take action about him read full review »
