To Anyone Who Really Cares, I am truly disappointed in my recent contact and results with Sears Customer Service. When I graduated H.S. in 1979 I was given a set of Craftsman tools by my parents. I still have and use many of those tools to this day. For the last 35 years I have bought pretty much nothing but Craftsman tools from Sears. I have always been extremely happy with my tools and the level of service in my local Sears store.
